During the 2023 Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science & Technology (S&T) Silicon Valley Innovation Program (SVIP) Demo Week event, Cignal demonstrated how its innovative technology - the Cignal Engine - supports DHS missions in transportation security screening and inspection.
The Cignal Engine is a small, lightweight engine that:
Fuses real materials into objects and scenes
Virtualizes x-ray and CT hardware
Creates unlimited 2D and 3D labeled image data - right where it's needed
Cignal is currently validating operation of the Cignal Engine and its ability to dynamically generate x-ray computed tomography and millimeter wave imagery for a variety of AI/ML tasks.
